1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website, prototype software, or waitlist services provided by Measuremint ("Measuremint", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access our services.

2. Pre-Launch Pilot & Prototype License

Measuremint is currently in pre-release development. Access to the Web Studio prototype or early desktop builds is provided on a temporary, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-commercial evaluation basis.

The software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind regarding accuracy of takeoff measurements, server uptime, or fitness for specific commercial construction bids. Users are solely responsible for verifying all takeoffs, dimensions, and schedules before submitting contractual construction estimates.

3. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All source code, engine architectures, brand marks, and documentation of Measuremint are the property of Measuremint and its licensors.

Bluebeam, Revu, and PlanSwift are registered trademarks of their respective corporate owners. Measuremint has no affiliation with, endorsement from, or contractual connection to Bluebeam, Inc. or ConstructConnect.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Measuremint or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of bidding contracts, lost profits, or data corruption arising from your use of the prototype software.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
