1. Pilot Cohort Participation is 100% Free

Participation in Cohort 1 of the Measuremint pre-launch pilot program is completely free of charge.

• No credit card, debit card, or payment details are collected at signup.
• No subscription charges will ever be initiated during the validation phase.
• There are zero automatic rollover conversions into paid billing tiers.

2. Founding Pilot Benefits

AI builders, ConTech startups, and estimators accepted into the pilot who participate in product validation research will be granted:

• Priority access to the local MCP server (17+ AEC tools), trained 80+ trade blueprint AI scanner, and desktop/browser takeoff releases.
• Direct engineering channel with the founders to prioritize custom trade assemblies, symbol fine-tuning, and SDK integrations.
• Guaranteed grandfathered founding-member pricing when commercial editions launch (applicable to both the $89/mo Enterprise BYOM License for Bluebeam/Togal replacement and the $299/mo Startup SDK & Fully Managed Blueprint AI plan).

3. Future Commercial Refund Policy

When Measuremint transitions from pre-launch validation to commercial general availability:

• All commercial tiers (Enterprise BYOM and Startup SDK / Fully Managed AI) will include an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee. If Measuremint does not measurably accelerate your blueprint AI or plan takeoff workflow, you may request a 100% refund with no questions asked.
• Subscriptions will be clear, flat-rate, and cancellable at any time with a single click inside the application settings.
• We do not charge hidden per-project fees or export surcharges.
